Once your service is complete, you will be sent an email and a text containing a secure link with your invoice and online payment options. We also accept cash or check payment immediately after your trash bins are cleaned.

There is no trash bin too dirty; however, there are circumstances that we may refuse the right to not service if it would be a hazard or liability to us. Some examples include:

• Trash bins are full of garbage
• Wet paint
• Un-bagged pet waste
• We take photos of broken/cracked/severely damaged bins before service.

We do ask that all loose garbage is removed from your bin prior to us cleaning and sanitizing your bin.

We will contact you immediately if there are any issues that would prohibit us to clean your trash bins.

Yes! Due to the high demand for our services, it often makes sense for our trash can cleaning to be included in your neighborhood’s HOA program. Please call for more details.

We also offer bulk cleanings for our local residential waste collection companies. So if you have an inventory of trash bins that need one-time or routine cleanings, please give us a call.
